I started doing art photography during the summer of 2003, shortly after I got a digital camera. I started out doing nature photography since it was pretty easy, no setting anything up except for your own position. After a while I started experimenting with light and shadow and began photographing silhouettes. Images in this gallery from the year 2003 to 2007 were photographed using Sony Cybershot DSC-P32, and in galleries from 2008 onward, the Kodak EasyShare V1003 was used.

This gallery has undergone some heavy renovations, and features fewer photos than before based on my judgements of quality. Click on the thumbnails to the right to view larger images.the photo.

2006 Photo Album

This year is extremely experimental in terms of choosing subject matter and complimentary colors. The highlights of this year's photos are tours through Southern and Central Thailand and back home in the United States, particularly along the western rim of the Colorado Plateau: Bryce and Zion Canyon.

This was a very experimental year. I expanded my subjects not just to nature photography but also to urban and still life. I also played with the sun and other sources of light to see the effects I would get. Thus, there is a lot of silhouette images in this album.
